The fee includes: conference participation, coffee breaks and light lunches, and social events.
The fee for accompanying persons includes participation in social events and eventual guided tours, provided that a sufficient number of participants is reached.
(*) Proof of Ph.D. student status must be attached to the application.
Early registration fees will be available until June 22, 2026.

Cancellation and refund
The request must be sent in writing to our secretariat by email within and no later than July 15, 2026. Cancellations received by this date will be refunded, less the administrative fee of 40% (on the total amount). No refunds will be processed after July 15, 2026. All refunds will be arranged after the Conference.
